How to Troubleshoot Dashboard Login Issues

Written by Jerrica Wagner

If you encounter difficulties logging into your Dashboard, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Verify Your Login Credentials Ensure that all required information is entered accurately on the login screen:

  • Website Field: Confirm that this contains the correct domain URL. Important: Make sure to remove the "www." part from the URL and only leave the base domain (e.g., https://yourdomain.com).

  • Email Address: Check that your email address is typed correctly with no extra spaces.

  • Password: To ensure accuracy, we highly recommend copying and pasting your provided password directly into the field.

2. Reset Your Password If you have verified your credentials and are still unable to log in, you may need a new password. Click the Password Reset option on the login screen and follow the emailed instructions.

3. Clear Your Session and Browser Cache

  • Refresh your session: If you bookmark the Dashboard and remain logged in for long periods, it can cause background session issues. Make sure to actively log out and log back in periodically.

  • Clear your cache: Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies regularly is a quick way to resolve hidden login conflicts.

4. Advanced Troubleshooting If the Dashboard is still not loading or letting you in, try these isolation tests:

  • Switch Browsers: Try accessing the Dashboard from a completely different web browser (e.g., if you are using Chrome, try Edge or Safari).

  • Check Your Network: Test your internet connection. If possible, try loading the Dashboard using a mobile data hotspot or another Wi-Fi network to rule out issues with your internet service provider.

  • Check Antivirus Software: Strict antivirus programs may occasionally block access to the Dashboard. Contact your IT support team to verify that the Dashboard URL is not being blocked or quarantined by your local security software.
